The entire hotel was reasonably clean, a nice size and cheap rooms. Perfect location for visiting restaurants and bars in front of the venue. A lagoon and lakes were in front of the hotel.

The hotel has an exceptional and super location close to many restaurants. All the rooms are comfy with three beds and the staff is welcoming. You will find climate control, TV, and a writing desk.

Your location was unbeatable and nice, within walking distance of the beach. We appreciated the convenience of the standard twin room with three beds.

Ideal place, really helpful and extremely friendly staff. Perfect location for our visit to Rio Cartagena Casino not very far from the hotel. The rooms with an extra bed and smart TVs, as example. A wide range of goodies for breakfast.

The location was excellent and convenient, so close to the sensational old town of Cartagena and beach and local bars and the city center.

The rooms were cheap and big, were equipped with three beds, smart TVs. The hotel had a central setting on the peninsula. Further, it was very close to the beach and several restaurants.

The room was huge and big with a shower, hair dryers and towels in the private bathroom. The location was unbeatable, around 10-15 minutes walk from Playa de Bocagrande Public Beach.

This hotel had a central position right across the street from the beach. The lunch in Las Chivas Restaurant around 4-6 minutes walk from the property had every choice imaginable. There were climate control, television, and a writing table in the room, really enjoyed that.

The hotel was clean and modern, with a spacious room and comfortable amenities. The location was perfect, right next to the beach and close to everything in the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing useful information and even assisting with flight changes. The breakfast included in the stay was perfect, offering a variety of options to start the day.

The spacious room was great.

The many things that didn't work (phone, tv, hot water, etc) but did get fixed.

The rooms were spacious, with good water pressure in the shower and amenities such as a refrigerator and air conditioning. The staff, especially the reception lady, were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, with an ATM and various shops across the street. The WiFi was fast and the hotel was away from the hustle and bustle, providing a quiet atmosphere.

Nothing, everything was great.

The staff were polite, friendly and efficient. It was located close to the sea and 15 minutes walk to the Bocagrande shopping/restaurants main street. Beach not very sightly although boat trips available to better beaches nearby. Pedlars were a plague on the beach and in the city, a constant never-ending stream that drove me crazy. Hotel had mini-safes for personal possessions/cash located in the reception area, requiring double-key access. It is a simple clean hotel. Air conditioning very efficient and QUIET!

Very small swimming pool (more of a plunge pool to cool off as not long enough for swimming). Sink plugs did not seal properly,( I recommend purchasing a "universal sink plug", a circular flat rubber membrane that suits all sinks, available from travel goods suppliers online.) The rooms had a mawkish smell eminating from retro "60s" furniture, this is common in many Latin American countries, caused by years of cigarette smoking in the rooms, the stale smoke impregnating the wood. The online photographs of the rooms gave a "rosy eyed" impression, hotel overpriced for the standard of the furniture.

The hotel is great. The staff members are very helpful, the rooms are clean and the area where the hotel is located is good too. I would surely stay at the same hotel again.
